About the Guernsey Language Commission
The Guernsey government is committed to protecting the island’s environment, culture, and heritage - with the Guernsey Language being a big part of that.
The Guernsey Language Commission works to keep Guernésiais alive by supporting those who celebrate and teach it. While funded by a government grant, the Commission also welcomes support from local businesses and individuals.
